Refund & Warranty Policy

Return Policy

We hope that you're happy with your purchase from Aussie Vapez (Rednova Holdings Pty Ltd). We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and exceptional service. We accept back any item that's in its original unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.

Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.

Warranty Information

Warranty claims are subject to the proper use and care, in accordance with the instruction manual's accompanied with each vaporizer.
Warranty claims can be facilitated by Aussie Vapez with the respective manufacturer/s. At their discretion goods may be credited, replaced or repaired with or without additional charges.
Warranty will not apply in the event of damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. In these instances, issues should be sorted directly with the respective manufacturer/s.
To make a valid warranty claim, please email within the warranty period and we will gladly help you get back up and running.


Incorrect or damaged items

Every item is checked and packaged with care. If, however, your order has reached you in an unsatisfactory or faulty condition, please contact us promptly to discuss your concerns.
Note: Aussie Vapez reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Aussie Vapez and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.


 Your Right to Return the Products

1) If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a pre-built product, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of Aussie Vapez issuing your Order Confirmation. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

2) The product must be returned to the Aussie Vapez warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

3) All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

NOTE: Aussie Vapez recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Aussie Vapez or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
